One of our new Sake producers ABE Shuzo was picked to be the best brewery in 2024!

The "Sakaya Taisho" is an award where sake professionals from across Japan come together to select the breweries they most enthusiastically recommend at the moment. The winners are chosen through a two-stage process: an initial web vote by liquor store staff nationwide on commercially available sake, followed by a final tasting vote that delves deeply into the stories behind the breweries.
